1. We (Fresh Voice Talking Ltd or ‘Fresh Voice’) provide the socialcareperformance.co.uk (and .com) website. We are a limited company registered in England and Wales (registration number 4840517). Our registered office is at Camburgh House, 27 New Dover Rd, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3DN, United Kingdom.
2. We legally own the intellectual property used in and for this website, including:
i. the performance frameworks directories and database
ii. the web addresses, design, text, and graphics other than those which we use under licence
iii. all software used in relation to the website, other than that which we use under licence

i. performance data input by Councils & other organisations
ii. supporting documents uploaded by Councils & other organisations
4. For the purpose of these Conditions of Use, the term 'website' refers to Socialcareperformance.co.uk (and .com) , the databases on Socialcareperformance.co.uk (and .com) and any other website we may own or run from time to time that links through to these Conditions of Use.
5. If you log on to or use any part of the website you agree to these conditions. If you do not want to agree to these conditions, do not log on to or use this website.

v. to tamper with, update, change, or copy any part of the website;
